PREPARATION TIME

Before shipping, our estimated order preparation time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders received after 14:00 (Eastern time) are processed the following day. Orders are prepared between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Orders are not prepared during Holidays. 

PRE-ORDERS (valid for all orders)

If your order includes an item that is marked as Pre-order, the total will be only shipped only when this item will become in stock.

SHIPPING COST 

Orders over 60 $ ship for FREE (continental USA)

Orders under 60 $ ship at a fixed cost (rates are available at checkout)

Orders shipping to US Islands & Territories have a flat shipping rate of 20 $

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

The average estimated time of delivery ranges from 2 to 5 business days to continental US.
