Order preparation time 

Our preparation time is usually 3 to 5 business days, but during sales events the delay can be longer than usual because of the higher volume of orders to process.
We will notify you when it has been shipped. Thank you for understanding. 

Once an order has been placed and registered, it is processed automatically and can no longer be canceled or modified

 

Pre-orders (valid for all orders)

If our order contains an item that is marked as Pre-order, the total will be only shipped only when this item will become in stock.

 

Refunds for lost packages with no signature (international orders only)

All our international shipments require your signature at the time of delivery. If you accept a modification of these terms and authorize the carrier to have your package delivered without a signature or to a different address than the one indicated in your order, we will not refund or replace your order if your package is lost or missing after the delivery confirmation from the carrier. 

 

Samples

In light of current events around the world regarding COVID-19, we decided we currently won't offer any samples. The only exceptions are the samples that brands provide us with. Some brands offer mini or travel sizes so you can purchase those before committing to full size products. Thank you for understanding!
